如果13号来，3个月以后的13号走，比如12月13日入境，3月13号处境，3个月的签证，算超期吗？

签证 上有明确写明哪一天之后不得入境的
一般来说 三个月=90天好像 建议LZ还是看签证日期为准

是多次往返的，写着每次入境不能超过3个月，最后入境的日期还没到呢

按calendar month算的话是12月13来 3月12号算三个月最后一天

最保险是LZ给移民局打电话问问 或者坛子里有专业的移民中介应该清楚一点 这么晚了 明天他们会来的

Visa validity
You may be granted a Tourist visa for:
•a stay of up to 12 months, or a shorter period, depending on the purpose of the visit and your personal circumstances
•a single entry or multiple entries to Australia.
You must leave Australia on or before the date that your visa expires.
