最近在申请入籍，我发现我无法提供Evidence of current residential address，要求是Utilities notice such as electricity, gas or water bill, or Rental contracts or rates notice. 我现在住在朋友家，这些东西都没有，怎么解决？

driver licence有的，地址也是现在的，但是除了护照和驾照，好像还要求一张utilities notice，我不知道这个要求用意何在.
