澳洲紧急求教如何延676签证？

在澳大利亚签证办理



我妈妈是一年的676签证，第一次来澳洲，不过马上要到期了，求教过来人如何申请延签证，或者只要合法继续住一段时间，哪怕半个月多好。
比如准备什么材料，表格，流程。

看看有没有8503先，有的话基本不可能延了。

楼上说得太对了，如果没有特别的理由不适合旅行的，那就要如期离境.

Subclass 676              Tourist

676.1     Interpretation

Note     oral application is defined in regulation 1.03. There are no interpretation provisions specific to this Part.

676.2     Primary criteria

Note    All applicants must satisfy the primary criteria.

676.21       Criteria to be satisfied at time of application

676.211      The applicant satisfies the Minister that the applicant's expressed intention to only visit Australia is genuine.

676.212      The applicant seeks to visit Australia, or remain in Australia as a visitor:

                   (a)     for the purpose of visiting an Australian citizen, or Australian permanent resident, who is a parent, spouse, de facto partner, child, brother or sister of the applicant; or

                  (b)     for a purpose other than a purpose related to business or medical treatment.

你有什么出于人道主义的理由吗？没有就必须离境

如果有8503条款，基本就是彻底没戏了。要先要求免除掉8503条款，再申请签证延期。前提是有不可抗拒的理由，比如重伤昏迷不醒等极特殊条件。就算断了一条腿，打上石膏也要送你上飞机。

人道主义的理由,比如什么？
过来就是帮忙带带小孩，其他也没有什么特别的事情。

有8503，lz你就别想了。抓紧时间习惯自己带小孩，让老人按时离境。

其实一，两个星期就可以。
是不是可以申请，申请期间可以留几天，至于批不批其实也不重要，关键可以多留一，两个星期。

8503就不会给批了，基本上，还有，我有个做中介的朋友告诉我，要是这样申请延期，会影响下一次签证，所以LZ你还是赶紧自己学会带孩子吧，或者有别的什么任务，赶紧把时间安排好了

用MRTA的case,waive 8503可能性有，但难，对以后签证也会有影响676类的，从下面的case可以看出移民局都有详细纪录，所以放过一两次，以后拒与不拒就看移民官。

Immigration history

The first named visa applicant initially came to Australia as a dependant on her husband’s subclass 572 visa on 18 February 2006 and then departed Australia on
8 November 2007, returning to India for the birth of a her child.
The first named visa applicant arrived in Australia again on 25 June 2008, on a  Tourist visa  subclass 676; valid until 25 September 2008 with Condition 8503, being “No Further Stay”.
The visa applicant applied for a waiver on the No Further Stay Condition on
8 September 2008 requesting to stay onshore to remain in Australia to await the permanent residency outcome of her husband’s application. This was refused also on 8 September 2008. A further waiver was lodged on 15 September 2009 but this was also refused.
The first named visa applicant then travelled offshore on 25 September 2008 and later lodged a further  Tourist Visa  application which was granted with condition 8503 No Further Stay.
The visa applicant after coming to Australia again requested the No Further Stay requirement, this time on the basis of an injury. This was approved. The visa applicant then lodged a further 676 onshore on 19 January 2009, valid for several months, again with the No Further Stay condition. After applying again for a waiver on medical grounds it was also approved.
The visa applicant then lodged a Medical Visa (MV) 685 application on 18 March 2009. This visa was granted until 28 February 2010 She travelled offshore on her Medical Visa and returned on 28 December 2009.
The first named visa applicant has now lodged a Tourist (ONSHORE) 676 visa application on 17 February 2010, requesting to stay in Australia, initially until August 2010 and now beyond that date until her husband’s permanent residency is resolved.
The proposed extension would mean that the first named visa applicant intends to spend more than 22 months out of 26 months in Australia since arriving on 26 June 2008 on a subclass 676  Tourist visa .
The first named visa applicant has submitted extensive information regarding her own economic situation in India in order to make her application “stronger”.

曾经延期过，给了个过桥签证，没法，老人家临回国前摔了下，骨折了，上移民局商量去了，给了个临时过桥签证。

要是是多次入境的，不如去一下临近国家吧。

都1年单次了，没戏。

你还想老妈下次顺利来就没办法，要是无所谓你就不和移民局说也可以多住２周阿，他们也不是天天查的。
