有一個問題請教大家，在入籍儀式登記為州或是地方選民后，我年尾要回墨爾本，請問這個可以在我回到墨城后隨意更改嗎？如果將來我沒有固定的住處（租房經常更換住處的話），那麼又會是一種什麽情形呢？謝謝大家。
