我去年11月申请的，12月初收到通知，3个月内补无犯罪证明和AOS，AOS一个月就搞定了，现在无犯罪证明也补好了，不过还没有交钱的通知。

Australia must send their application to PVC.

for parents visa, go to Perth Office. it is very quick to reach there if you post it as express post...
if you post to other office for these particular visas, i donot think it will be quicker as these offices still need to forward your docs to Perth which would take longer time than directly send to Perth.
