信的开头这样写:

貌似是要求所有申请人必须尽快进入澳洲.但我记得根据移民局网页,143签证grant的时候人应该是在境外的吧,不知道老妈到底是应该在境内还是境外.
有经验的同学请进来说下,分分伺候.

申请时人是在境内还是境外递的签？
记得年纪大的老人是境内申请，境内下签。
普通老人是境外申请，境外下签
