如题，一直在上研究的父母首次143直接申请，第一期签证费用为$2060元.
今天仔细研究了下移民局的VISA PRICING TABLE，找到了PARENTS移民收费细则出，如下：
其中申请143一共有三个可选分类别，分别为条件 19b, 19c, 19d, 分别如下：
19b This visa is for:
(i) an applicant who is the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa at the time of application; or
(ii) an applicant who has been the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa; and is the holder of a substituted
Subclass 600 visa at the time of application; or
(iii) an applicant who has held a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa at any time in the 28 days immediately before
making the application;
or an applicant whose application is combined, or sought to be combined, with an application made by that person.
19c This visa is for:
(i) an applicant who:
a) has been the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa; and
b) provides the Minister with evidence that compassionate and compelling circumstances exist for the person to be
considered to be the holder of a Subclass 173 (Contributory Parent (Temporary)) visa for the purpose of the application;
or an applicant whose application is combined, or sought to be combined, with an application made by that person;
19d This visa is for:
(i) an applicant who:
a) made a valid application for a Parent (Migrant) (Class AX) visa before 27 June 2003; and
b) withdrew that application at the same time as making the application for the Contributory Parent (Migrant) (Class CA)
visa;
(ii) or an applicant whose application is combined, or sought to be combined, with an application made by that person;
有点不太明白，前两个貌似都是从173转过去的，第三个是2003年以前的。
那到底首次想直接申请143的是哪个那？？难道没有了？？

之前不是这个doc，是一个网页，清楚写着143交2060.你可以试一下不交申请费。
另外我用信用卡付的，具体多少他那边扣

嗯，我觉得是不是今年有变化，所以上来问问大家。签证费估计肯定不会少！移民局没那么好心啊。

免费是2003年以前递交过103申请然后转143的

这也能忘了写。。。我问了一个朋友之前01/07/2013之前的，签证费还是19XX多少的，上面写得很清楚

Price table 我看了，看不太懂啊，实在不行周一打个电话去问问。
不过我查了下去年的价目表完全没有说additional applicant要缴费的问题，只有1st instalment 和2nd instalment两项。
我还有个问题父母一起申请143，表格40，47a，47pa各填一份对吧？

对啊对啊，两个人也是一个表，只不过有一个是主申请人，一个是PARTNER。而且现在要求两个人基本要一起申请，不一起申请的还要单交材料说明理由。
