- taxable income,
- target foreign income,

- reportable fringe benefits total,

which meets the income threshold during a financial year for the person.

有的家庭领收入不太高，tax free津贴和其他津贴都挺多的，最终纳税也很少，那即使要求的担保收入达到了测试就能过吗？四万多就能担保两个人了，两个孩子的低收入家庭，ftb加家长津贴，或者去上学津贴什么的，达到四万多也不奇怪啊，这也能担保父母两个来吗？
