申请三年的探亲签证都要买一年的健康保险，co信里要求：
The insurance cover is for 12 months, showing the start date and end date of the membership with the insurer, and/or that the insurance cover will commence on the date you arrive in Australia for a period of 12 months.
我买的medibank，打电话去买的，问接线的sales是不是必须一次性付12个月才可以下签，她说不用，只付第一个月，后面direct debit就行了，她会在给出的证明信上说明。好吧，既然她这么胸有成竹，我就信了。于是买好了，她把证明信发给我，上面这样写的：
Cover name: Young Visitors Health Insurance
Your membership will commence: xx June 2015
Payment method: Direct Debit
Membership date paid to: An ongoing direct debit arrangement has been set up
发给co后，现在已经下签了，说明可行的。
看到别的帖子里讨论。很多人不确定这个问题，所以特地开了个帖子写这事，看到的大家就可以放心啦。

是可以每个月交费的，但我还是选择一次过付一年，我一月份帮我妈买的，所以4月份年度涨价就不关我事了，因为已经付了一年，涨价也不受影响，我就是知道保险费每年都涨，干脆一次过付了。
