我去年有个违章，但是我觉得有争议，就claim了一下。但由于我当时并没有在澳洲，直到我回澳洲以后才知道警局给我写过信，让我上庭。前几天收到了法庭的判决，由于我没出庭自然败诉了。然后让我交罚款之类的。我想知道这个会留案底么？会影响将来申请pr么？我现在学生签。

Criminal record
Your criminal record includes a list of all serious traffic offences and other offences that you have been found guilty and convicted of in court.
Serious traffic offences include:
drink driving convictions
dangerous or negligent driving convictions where someone is hurt
convictions for driving whilst disqualified.
If you go to court because you received a CAN or elected to take a Penalty Notice to court, and the magistrate finds you guilty, your criminal and driving record may influence the sentence you are given.

小案子不会留案底吧。我上庭前去见律师，第一个问题就问律师最坏结果是什么，会不会有案底。律师告诉我最坏结果赔钱，不会有案底。
