想请教大家个问题：
我帮我妈在17年3月申请的143，那时候我爸还有5年退休，之前也没了解申请143要等这么久，
最近我父亲也快要退休了，就在催我办签证的事情，我一看发现申请等待时间需要4年多。。。
今天在准备材料的时候，在看最新的移民局官网上是这么写的：
Add family members
You might be able to add family members to your application before we make a decision.
Complete and send us Form 1436 Adding an additional applicant after lodgement (392KB PDF).
You will also need to provide evidence of your relationship and the family member’s passport.
Important: If the person who is seeking to be added is not either a dependent child or partner (spouse or de facto) of the main applicant who lodged the original visa application, then generally they will need to complete a separate visa application form and pay the base application charge and other applicable charges needed to lodge a visa application.
想问大家，因为我妈17年3月签证递上去还没有任何消息，是不是填1436表格，是否能够把我爸也加入到我妈的签证申请里面，这样我爸就不用再等4年了？
