父母实在要回去，864又是现在遥遥无期的，就想申请一个BVB。
但是我看了一下移民局网站就有点晕：

Apply for the visa online using ImmiAccount if you applied for your substantive visa through ImmiAccount and a decision has not yet been made on that application.
Log in to ImmiAccount.
Attach documents.
Have family applications processed together and attach documents to their application.
Apply on paper
You must apply on paper if you have made an application for merits or judicial review.
You must complete:
Form 1006 Application for a bridging visa (257KB PDF)
Send the application form with all necessary documents by post or courier to the Australian office that is processing your associated substantive visa application. Please allow time for your application to reach us.
因为父母的864 是PAPER APPLICATION TO PERTH的，（大家父母的应该都是这样吧）
所以 immi account里面是没有的。这种情况下应该用 online 还是 paper有人有经验吗？
