PR， 计划出悉尼，到底需要疫苗证书吗？
没有完全看明白这几句话。
一会说“you’ll no longer need an exemption to leave Australia if you don’t meet the definition of fully vaccinated”
一会又说“When exiting Australia, you must provide proof of your vaccination status if requested by an Australian official”
又说 “The Australian Government recommends passengers departing Australia be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and travel with proof of vaccination status documentation. If you’re unvaccinated, you’re strongly discouraged from international travel due to the health risks. You may face difficulty finding transport options if you’re unvaccinated.”
