以前从来没碰到过的情况，大家能帮我看下怎么回事？

那个最后一条 The applicant is an Australian citizen or a permanent resident. 很奇怪，不就是PR才会申请RRV嘛，为啥not eligible了？

申请的签证类别错了吧，RRV就是针对PR的。。。

我忽视了那条警告，在继续往下填。

个人猜测是不是换过护照但是没有把之前的visa连接到新护照所以现在用新护照直接申rrv系统里找不到之前pr签证和这个新护照之间的关系
