Going to buy a NSW registered car this weekend (live in SEQ, car is for sale just over the border).
It doesn't seem possible to register a NSW car in my name if I live in QLD with a QLD licence, so can't really try and 'transfer' the registration to me and then transfer to QLD.
To me it seems the process is:

幸运的是，在新南威尔士州，注册表的后部是买方的收据（B部分）和卖方的点头（A部分）。 The seller fills out all the details, signs the rear of the registration, removes part A and hands you part B, which is the receipt of sale, which will be required by DTMR for stamp duty calculations etc.
Personally, I would drive the vehicle to QLD on NSW registration, obtain a RWC (effect any repairs need for registration) and then effect QLD registration at which time the surrendering of the NSW plates cancels that registration (you can claim the unused rego & 3rd party CTP for NSW rego) and you are good to go.

Dont' forget some form of vehicle insurance – 3rd party property or comprehensive.
