1. 比如一张voucher 说expire on 1.8.13是这天就不能用了吗，还是2.8.13不能用
2. 比如registration 说expire date 1.8.13，也就是1.8.13不能开车出去了吗，还是2.8.13不能开车出去
3. valid until 或者 to 1.8.13，是1.8.13可以用吧
4. best before 1.8.13,就是1.8.13就不行了吧，要1号之前，但是1号之后也可以，因为是best before 不是use by？
5. use by 1.8.13, 就是1.8.13是最后一天了吧，还是31.7.13是最后一天可用？

"Best before" This is the date up to and including which the food can be expected to remain at peak quality if properly stored. Food may be edible after this date; however its quality may suffer, e.g. potato crisps might become soft.
