Personally I'm not a fan of bifolds/trifolds etc.. unless there is no other option.
What about double sliding barn doors or even a traditional double sliding doors with a pelmet which are making a comeback.
You could opt for a French doors with slightly reworked 760mm door leaves to fit or an 820 door leaf combined with a 670mm fixed leaf.
EDIT: Use "wide throw hinges" with French doors option so that you can open the doors all the way back onto the wall and the doors won't foul against the architrave.
