My friend's 20 year old cat has had a series of UTIs which have now responded to antibiotic treatment.
The latest urinalysis shows signs of bladder inflammation.
As the cat also has osteoarthritis, the vet recommended Solensia for that AND the bladder inflammation.
Has anyone else had experience of a cat receiving Solensia for bladder inflammation ?
If so, were there any noticeable side effects or changes to litter tray behaviour?
The vet also injected a very small dose of ketamine.

It’s certainly worth a try, and low dose ketamine given subcutaneously has shown great results for arthritic pain.
