Also seems to work OK for longer before the 63H1 switch is thrown when running at a higher fan speed.

Do these values look reasonable?
Some other points:
+ Unit got new gas ~6months ago after a several year long slow leak out.
+ Tested at the time in cooling only given the season
+ Indoor fan-only mode is fine, as is cooling and drying
+ Manual suggests lack of airflow could cause this, but to rule it out I've tried disconnecting both return and output plenums and let the单位运行而无需任何管道 - 同一问题。
