最近安装了3个月以上的系统（3期全部备份），此后一直在通过电子邮件发送支持，但迄今为止尚无解决方案。 After sunset im pulling grid power and not the battery ( Battery will have 50% SOC after smartshift has finished or ongoing – make no difference).
Support have stated it takes a month for the machine to "learn"... i let it past the 1 month and now into the 3rd month support are not looking into this a priority...
They have advised that to turn off curtailment but this does not have effect at night due to the main reason this feature is used.
I manually flick the MCB so that grid is shut off so the battery is used – This is not optimal as i will be gradually burning out my appliances PSU with a "brownout" effect occurring each time.
I have reset everything in the isolar – regardless amber takes full control of the unit so this in effect has no preference.
