Support have stated it takes a month for the machine to "learn"... i let it past the 1 month and now into the 3rd month support are not looking into this a priority...
They have advised that to turn off curtailment but this does not have effect at night due to the main reason this feature is used.
I manually flick the MCB so that grid is shut off so the battery is used – This is not optimal as i will be gradually burning out my appliances PSU with a "brownout" effect occurring each time.
I have reset everything in the isolar – regardless amber takes full control of the unit so this in effect has no preference.
