Before the 4th of November, it was happily cruising along at 9kWh + on sunny days.
For reference the inverter is a 4.5yr old Sungrow SG10KTL-MT and I'm on 3 phase.
I've been back and forward with the supplier (which has been tricky as the inverter shows no faults), and he's come to the convenient conclusion that Energex have overloaded phase C, as the电压有时在252V左右飙升。 He's said that the inverter will basically be cutting off that phase to avoid overloading the grid, and that I'll need to talk to Energex about basically provisioning more infrastructure at the substation.
I'm a little sceptical, as I've looked back at the inverter logs and can see that prior to 4/11 'phase C' has frequently exceeded 253V and my output hasn't been affected, and even now when that third phase is < 150V我仍然无法超过6kWh。
