Currently on an old spinning meter (smart meter being installed in <2 weeks) in case that's a factor.

The way I read that is您的电池系统实际上正在排放大约两倍的负载。 Hence about .05kw would be going to the grid which if the smart meter was installed you would be getting paid for.
Notice it is around the peak time for grid usage.
No idea of your particular state requirements but here it is a requirement for the smart meter to be installed before the solar system can be activated.
