RT.大致离门口也就2-3米的样子，两三颗呢。这样的话，会对房子的地基或下水道什么的有影响吗？这种松树是比较细但高的那种，大家对这种树了解的多吗？

你这个不是松树吧，貌似cypress。这种树长大后挺麻烦的，离房子那么近，长大后会挡去很多光线和视野，当然如果是刻意如此就没什么。二来长大后其内部枝条会干枯，不好打理也容易着火。
至于根系是否影响地基，不甚了解

Base on the pics provided, Level#3 is correct, it looks like cypress tree, comment as below.
1) they can grow very fast, up to 1-2m a year, due to their very adaptive root systems, and cypress can grow up to 20m.
2) minimum 2m spacing should be maintained.
3) when ordering cypress trees, make sure that the roots are intact, properly developed, not bare.
4) adding mulch around the roots will slow down the growth of weeds.
