周二早上，墨尔本东南一辆烧毁的车里发现了尸体，警方正在调查。
警方说，凌晨3：30多，这辆车在Cranbourne 区 Vega Terrace 附近被纵火。
消防员灭了火之后，发现了三厢轿车里有尸体。
警长Adam West 说，警方仍在确认此案是否有可疑，调查还在继续。
警方在周二早上封锁了该地，纵火和防爆队在场。

Cranbourne search following disappearance of Brendon Farrell

Police will conduct a search in Cranbourne today as part of the Missing Persons Squad investigation into the suspicious disappearance of Doveton man Brendon Farrell.
Detectives from the Missing Squad along with police from the Public Order Response Team, Mounted Branch and Remote Piloted Aircraft and Systems Unit (drones) will be searching parkland off Cemetery Road.
Brendan was last seen by a friend around 12.30pm on Monday, 31 May at his home address on Kidds Road in Doveton.
The 32-year-old lived in a rear bungalow at this address, behind a main building.
His disappearance was considered out of character and family members subsequently reported him missing to police on 2 June.
Police are led to believe some kind of altercation has taken place while Brendon has been at the Kidds Road address.
Investigators have serious concerns for his welfare at this time.
Checks of Brendon’s bank accounts and phone have not revealed any activity after 31 May.
He also had no access to a vehicle and preferred to ride a bicycle to get around, however his bicycle is yet to be located.
Last week investigators joined with Brendon’s family to publicly appeal for information about Brendon’s disappearance and his current whereabouts.
Detectives are still keen to speak to anyone who has information about the altercation at the Kidds Road, Doveton property on 31 May or has knowledge of who was present at the time.
Brendon is described as being around 168cm tall with a slim to medium build and shaved reddish hair.
It’s believed he was wearing a black tracksuit at the time he was last seen.
Police have released an image of Brendon in the hope someone can identify him and provide information about his current whereabouts.
