The Coronation Street actress, 27, who is currently expecting her first child with boyfriend Ryan Ledson, explained that her 'practice contractions' are painful.
Writing a post to her Instagram Story, she revealed she's suffering from Braxton-Hicks as she nears the final weeks of her pregnancy.

In one image from the scan, her baby boy appeared to be yawning and Lucy hilariously captioned it: 'Same.'
Lucy announced she is expecting her first child with her former footballer boyfriend Ryan Ledson and later confirmed she is due to welcome a boy.
It comes after the expectant mother celebrated the pregnancy with a lavish baby shower at Liverpool's Shankly Hotel.
During an interview with OK! Magazine , Lucy admitted to 'dancing like I was in a mosh pit' during the special bash.
