An aerobridge has collided with a plane on the tarmac of Sydney Airport shortly before a Qantas flight was due to take off on Saturday morning.
The incident has caused a major delay for those onboard, who have been hit with a 21-hour wait until the next available aircraft to fly to Johannesburg in South Africa.

The collision on Saturday also marks the second such incident for the airline in the space of a month, with an aerobridge having collided with a Qantas plane at Brisbane Airport on June 18.
Photos of the plane following the collision showed the front windscreens of Boeing 737-800 plane shattered.
