之前收到的notice是要求交300年费，当时最后一门成绩还没出来。昨晚online交年费居然就是670了，可是我还不是full member啊，只是考试和经验都满足了而已，但他们还没发确认信给我也没有证书。这算抢钱吗？后悔应该早点交的。有没有相同情况的Z
