楼主已经全部考完6门CPA课程，也有差不多3年在tax agent 工作的工作经验，想问一下怎么成为正式CPA？

Have you enrol in practical experience requirement with your current employer while you were doing the CPA program? If so, just update the PER form below. Just download and read the form on the work areas that can be used to qualify you as CPA

If not, check with CPA Australia whether your work experience can be backdated and whether your current employer wants to write the PER form.

做recognition of professional experience. 找一个CPA 或者IFAC full member认证你的专业技能， 找你老板/前老板认证你的工作。 3周左右就通知你了。除非你脸黑被audit了

为什么会被audit呀？好多skills好像都没有接触过呢，怎么补齐16个呀? 谢谢

有时候会抽查 问仔细一点你提供的资料。 但是很脸黑的才会被查。 16个 不难。 跟帮你认证的member讨论一下就好了。 personal effectiveness 上过班的都满足了。 leadership 也是。business也没问题。 你tax agent technical skills有个专门的taxation 4个 skill. 就算4个满足不了 你其他stream比方说FAC2也很容易满足吧
