如题，是不是先要去TPB评估以前的课程，然后再找个学校学剩下的，如那个The Tax Institute?
还有这个不太明白，CPA可以直接登记为tax agent?

CPA今年考完了，接下来就是CPD的问题，不想浪费时间学些没有用的东西。

tax agent要申请的，而且需要tax agent作为supervisor给你推荐签字。

你要先去TPB 审核你是否完成了所有他们要求的课程。然后就是是否具备要求的工作经验，需要你所在的事务所帮你签字

Other than the above requirements, please aware that most australian universities graduates will need to do the "property law" out of the commerical law qualification list.

If you intend to do the tax institute's property law, all I can say is that it is a piece of cake.
Also if you intend to do other tax institute graduate diploma of applied tax law electives (e.g. advanced superannuation and tax for trust in estate and wealth planning), let me know as I'm interested of doing them in future.

One more thing, you also need to do the CPA public practice exam & CPA public practice residential if you intend to earn more than $10,000 gross in fees each calender year
