OVERVIEW
This is a role to join an expanding Sales team in a fast-paced, fast-growing financial services company. You will be expected to maintain existing client relationships and proactively develop new client relationships. The successful candidate will be remunerated with an attractive base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate/increase revenue with new and existing client accounts
• Maintain contact with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Follow up on contacts for future business prospects
• Build and maintain your own portfolio of clients
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Actively follow up on queries and providing feedback to clients in a timely manner
• Meet company core values on a daily basis inside and outside the office
• Reach and exceed monthly targets
• Full product training will be provided
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• Proven experience in Sales or Account Management role in Financial Industry is a MUST
• Fluency in English and/or at least one of the following languages:
Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese.
• FX/CFD market knowledge is preferred
• Impeccable communication manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate, with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• A flexible approach to teamwork and a willingness to ensure results are achieved
• A hardworking attitude and have demonstrated the ability to work autonomously
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic
