Based at the Pendle Hill, we are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
The Role
As part of a team, you will be responsible for
· Receiving DN and process them by completing required paperwork.
· Communicate with customers about the delivery information.
· Inspect items to ensure there are no obvious signs of damage or issues with stock, prior to packing.
· Make sure all stock is stored in such a way that it does not cause hazards or potential damage to stock inside
· Put away and check all incoming stock, load trucks & help with orders, when needed.
· Month end stock counts
· General warehouse duties
Experience and Capabilities:
· Proficient in English and Mandarin (native preferable)
· Minimum 2 years’ proven relevant experience.
· Valid forklift operating license holder.
· Sufficient skill with MS Office
· Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen perferred
· Solid organisational skills - Eye for detail coupled with a strong ability to proactively identify, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to maintain order and cleanliness of working area.
· Experience in inventory management, stock rotation and control, cost control, and purchasing would be advantageous.
