General Requirements & Job Description:
Position requirements:-
• Appropriate qualifications. Technical or Engineering Qualifications or experience an advantage.
• Good Spoken and Written English and communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin Spoken & Written.
• Technical ability and aptitude desirable.
• Australian Citizen or permission to work full time for an unlimited period.
Job Description:-
• ¨ Research and evaluate potential vendors;
• ¨ Negotiate price and payment terms with suppliers;
• ¨ Create and manage PO process such as lead time and ETA;
• ¨ Manage and monitor the stock to maintain the safety level;
• ¨ Liaise with external and internal stakeholders for purchasing enquiries;
• ¨ Establish and maintain good business relationship with suppliers.
• ¨ Check incoming parts and organise parts store.
• ¨ Organise international and local shipment and freight
• ¨ Office Administration duties
