We are pleased to invite Medibank Private eligible private health insurance policyholders1 to pre-register for the Medibank Private Share Offer. Pre-registration is the first stage of the Medibank Private Share Offer and provides Eligible Policyholders with an opportunity to reserve a Prospectus.
Eligible Policyholders who apply for shares can receive a preference in share allocations. If you pre-register, and apply for shares, this preferential allocation can be greater. Further details will be outlined in the Prospectus when it is available.

• Call 1800 998 778.
Pre-registering for a Prospectus does not commit you to buy shares. Pre-registration closes on 15 October 2014.
