A new IPO in the graphite industry, BlackEarth Minerals NL (BEM), is seeking a listing on the ASX.
Global demand for graphite has never been stronger and is set to increase from 562,000 metric tonnes in 2017 to a projected 642,000 metric tonnes in 20201. The Chinese, one of the largest producers of high-grade 'flake' graphite, have recently decided to cut production by one third. This is an opportune time for experienced operators to close that gap.
In the pre-IPO phase, BlackEarth received a huge amount of requests for allocation. With these numbers in mind, we expect this one to close early, so anyone interested in participating will need to act quickly.

SYR is biggest Aus graphite producer. If I had to choose, I would rather buy SYR instead of some unknown IPO
But best time buying SYR just passed. It was heavily sold off in May this year at $2.50 I chickened at that time though
