I was told in Commsec, you have to call to trade HK shares and it charges higher transaction fees
I suggest you open NABtrade as I did. Nabtrade is convenient to trade oversea shares as Aus ones and charge lowest fee/reasonable FX rate

Opening an account in Nab is the same as the other three, while there is no monthly account fee. Its transaction fee is cheapest among big 4s, which is $14.95 for up to AUD$5000.
However, Nab mobile App is really shit designed and I always use PC to trade; meanwhile its platform has not been that stable and sometimes it crashes. So it fits me as I nowadays hold only bluechips/ETFs for long term.

那个是美国对海外投资者收取的，填写表格表明身份就是15%，否则按30%收。NAB主动在你申请海外trade账户默认你同意，帮你递交了。这里还有个trick，RMD一类美国公司在澳洲交易，你买了澳洲的RMD也要填表格，因为它分红也是美分
