中国刚正式批准出口限制的法规，市场猜测以后有可能出现稀出被限制出口的情况。

** The world's biggest producer of rare earths outside China jumps the most in nearly three months, and is at its highest level since Aug. 9
** State media says China passed a law restricting exports of controlled items, allowing the government to act against countries that abuse export controls in a way that harms China's interests [nL4N2H902A]
** Controlled items include everything from military to nuclear products to technology and services; China dominates global rare earth production
** BofA Global Research says any potential restrictions on rare earth exports would be a boost for prices in the short-term, but it does not see a blanket ban occurring
** The law comes into effect on Dec. 1, and despite not naming any target countries, the United States and China have been at logger heads over a number of issues
** Around 80% of U.S. imports of the critical minerals come from China
