Can someone help me know if I can use the hyzon shares for capital loss to offset this year or is it not officially bankrupt in ato eyes.
I tried reading the ato piece on when it counts as dissolved but I don't really understand if that has occurred or not (its bankrupt and delisted but possibly not liquidated completely ？ update:
