还是按照规定来。vic roads规定：
Type Weight Age (approx)
Infant restraints Up to 9 kg or 12 kg Up to 6 months (700 mm to 850 mm)
Child car seats 8 kg to 18 kg 6 months to 4 years
Combination seats 8 kg to 26 kg 6 months to 6 years
Booster seats 14 kg to 26 kg 3 1/2 years to 8 years
Child harnessess 14 kg to 32 kg 3 1/2 years to 8 years
Adult seat belts Over 26 kg Child's eyes are level with top of the vehicle seat back
只有符合一下标准，才能说完全没有必要了。孩子的安全，再小心也不为过。
