Accepting or declining an offer
A response form is enclosed with all offers.
Parents must show whether they wish to accept or decline the offer. If the student is also on a reserve list, parents must also indicate whether they want the student to remain on the reserve list or be removed. (Applicants on reserve lists only will not receive a response form.)
Parents must sign the response form and return it to the High Performing Students Unit by email, fax or post in time to reach the Unit by the date shown on the response form.
**As a signature is required, when completed, this form should be scanned and emailed, faxed or mailed to reach the Unit no later than Friday, 24 July 2015.
