差不多20周要交management fund了,但是明年要改safety net的议案不知道什么时候通过,改了之后好象能claim的就很少了.我的ob
说可以延迟到明年一月再报到medicare.请问大家的都是怎么报的呢?

明年不是只是把safety net threshold降下来了吗？

MEDICARE SAFETY NET是按照自然年来算的，当你REACH了threshold，之后的花费都能报80%。但是今年就剩个20多天了，你也没什么好报的了吧。
明年THRESHOLD 降下来了，个人700，家庭1000. 虽然THRESHOLD降下来了，但是不是你花的所有钱都被计算在内。
From 1 January 2016 there will be a limit on the out-of-pocket costs that count towards reaching the threshold. The maximum accumulation amount per Medicare service will be 150% of the MBS Fee less the MBS rebate. Any out-of-pocket costs beyond that amount will not count towards reaching the threshold.
OUT OF POCKET COSTS COUNT TOWARDS REACHING T/H= 150%*MBS FEE – MBS REBATE
不知道OB的management fee的MBS FEE是多少，但是MBS Rebate是494.95. 你最好让OB或者MEDICARE 给你算算。Management fee 的item number 16590.
