这样挺好，每个学校都有了 Zoning，对房市健康发展有好处，以后买房的人也可以根据这些新增的zoning去对房产估价，增加可预见性。

看如何改了，如果只是缩小校区没有用；开发商会在学校隔壁给你建一个30层高漏水公寓，把你校区名额全部占掉
