The roleis varied, with some key duties including:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Processing invoices and statements including client and creditorqueries
Support in debt collection
Reconciliation of bank accounts (SRA and sister company)
Maintain financial relationship between SRA and sister company
Monthly End Reports - cashflow, P&L, Wages Reconciliations,Journals entries
Payroll, GST, PAYE, FBT
Managing Public Trust SRA account
Managing flow of funds from Study Link (Public Trust SRA) andFees-free
Monthly Fees-free report to TEC
Liaise with external accountant if required
Financial management support to CEO/Director of SRA
Other duties:
Office consumables ordering
Student enrollment records data entry
Upload unit standard results to NZQA
