The Employee Support Advisor is a unique role combiningelements of human resources, advocacy and counselling, with a focus on ensuringSkyCity employees are supported in ways that allow them to contribute fully atwork, in their homes, and in their communities. You'll work as part of a close-knit, supportive team.
This role would suit someone with a background in communitypolicing, human resources, mediation, community or advisory services orcounselling. You've have a level-headed, mature approach, some life experience,a calm demeanour, excellent listening skills and the ability to problem solvewith ease. You'll demonstrate prior experience working with people of differentethnicities and beliefs. Anunderstanding of employment/human rights legislation would be great, but thisisn't essential.
