Responsibilities
- Support account/technical issues for the residential and business customers
- Walk with customers through the process of the services
- Troubleshooting account/technical issues with other department/team
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the technician issues
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Following standard procedures for troubleshooting or unresolved issue to the appropriate internal teams
Required Skills
- Relevant IT qualification
- Hands on experience in computer, operating systems and network installation and maintenance
- Able to diagnose and repair both network and computer faults quickly
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a variety of customer situations
- strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Strong call control/call management and follow-through skills
- Resourcefulness, flexibility, send of urgency, active and positive can-do attitude
