Business Development Executive_Sales
Osia EnterpriseLtd is a Multi discipline FMCG and beauty andwellbeing company located in North Shore
Due to our expansion, we are hiring a new Business Development personnelto develop new accounts
and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be anactive listener, have a compelling sales
personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business fromcold calls and inbound warm leads.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting salesand forging strongrelationships with clients.

Must meet the following for high income growth potential:
* Training twice weekly.
* Demonstrations and presentations to client and customerfrequently.
* Well presented
* Good listening and communication skill
* Must be trainable and learnable
Skills Required:
· Excellentcommunication, listening and negotiation skill.
· Fluent in Chinese& English (verbal & written)
· Have knowledge inMarketing is an asset but not essential
· Proven working experience as a business or salesexecutive or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record
· Experience in customer support is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Market knowledge
· Ability to build rapport
· Time management and planning skills
Responsibilities:
· Contacting potential clients to establish rapport andarrange meetings.
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find newopportunities.
· Increasing the value of current customers whileattracting new ones.
· Finding and developing new markets and improvingsales.
· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
· Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
· Developing goals for the development team and businessgrowth and ensuring they are met.
· Researching organizations and individuals to find newopportunities.
· Support customers
· Good communication skill to coordinate with stakeholder to achieved required outcome
