职位要求：
1. 5年以上QS工作经验
2. 同时具备Residential和Commercial项目经验
3. 有较强的沟通能力和团队协作精神
4. 有以下资质者优先考虑：
- Registered Royal Institution of QS
- Registered New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors
Key Job roles and responsibilities are as follows (Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to):
- Quantify materials from plans
- Liaise with clients, PM, architects and suppliers as required
- Engage engineers and surveyors as required
- Prepare purchase orders ready for PM
- Prepare client variations as required
- Weekly progress reports
- Work with PM to implement construction schedules
- Prepare and review of tender documentation
- NZS3910, NZS3604, CCCs(Conditions of Contract for Consultancy services)
- Good negotiation skills
