Fantastic opportunity for a high-potential Assistant Store Manager
Early Settler has been helping Kiwis create homes they love living in for over 25 years now by offering modern and affordable furniture for every room of the home.
We are looking an experienced leader to partner with the Store Manager and dedicated team to focus on delivering outstanding customer experience.
This is a very hands-on role at our Botany Downs store. We are looking for someone who preferably is fluent in English and Mandarin, With a strong leadership and customer service retail (preferable) background, you will bring with you the ability to work towards and achieve targets, set KPI's, assist with coaching and developing the team to ensure that the strong customer service standards of the company are met. Workdays from Sunday to Thursdays.
To succeed in this role you will have the following:
· A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
· Proven leadership ability and excellent communication skills
· Motivation and ambition to grow and develop business
· Proven ability to achieve sales targets
· Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoy a fast paced environment
· A positive, professional, can do attitude
· Ability to undertake lifting and work in a physical environment
· Computer Literacy
· Large format retail experience preferred
