Key responsibilities:- Addressing parents' and students' questions in time using our online platform.
- Assisting our math teachers during online class
- Mentoring students and tracking/monitoring their success
- Providing regular feedback to parents regarding their child's performance
- Assigning, collecting, and correcting homework after each lesson
What you need:
- A tertiary qualification of Math, Education related filed or current university students with a math-related background are preferable
- Good communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Great patience and customer service skills
- Flexible in time
- Responsible and caring
