ICT Support Technician

We are currently looking for a full time ICT Support Technician.
This is a fixed term role based inAuckland.
1.About the role
We are seeking an ICT Support Technician to provide customer support and also internal support for our company. This rolewould suit somebody with a good understanding of computer systems – bothhardware and software and some customer service experience or passion to behelpful. University-grads are welcomed, and training will be provided.
Jobdescription:
- Maintenance andmonitoring of computer networks and systems.
- Diagnosing the testing devices- detect and repair equipment, such as tablets and computers.
- Support customer inquiriesabout hardware and software problems – include providing excellent customerservice.
- Answering customer queries andrecording any problem to be researched, suggest possible solution methods, andcarrying out the tests and research proposed by the management.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, andresolving ICT issues to the best of your ability.
- Providing day to day support toend users.
- Maintenance of our company’swebsite and ecommerce data system.
- Carry out automotive ECUscoding and re-flashing, according to the solution company supplied.

Qualification
- Diploma or higher education(in IT)
Experience
- 1-year sales or 1-year ICT
Skillsand Key Accountability
- Basic understanding NZtelecommunication environment
- Bachelor’s degree inInformation Systems, Business, IT, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Experience in IT Supportpreferred or a fast learner with positive attitude.
- Someone with a passion workingon vehicles and machinery.
- Someone with a basicunderstanding of network technologies.
- Someone with Excellentcommunication, time management and problem-solving skills.
- You are self-motivation andhave the desire to succeed.
- You can work autonomously andas part of a team.
- Knowledge of operating systems,hardware and software（Both Windows & Mac OS）.
- Ability to recognise, analyse,and effectively solve problems in a timely and organised manner
- Passionate about exceptionalcustomer service
- High standard of documentationskills
- Language: English and Chinese
- Hold a New Zealand passport orResident Visa
- Hold a full New Zealand driverlicense
