第一次翻新浴室和厨房，请同学们帮忙看下这份报价，价格是否合理，坐标墨尔本
价格不包含拆除旧东西的工作，不包含淋浴房，洗台，浴缸等的安装，也不包含改管道的plumber工作

SCOPE OF WORK FOR BATHROOM

A. Kitchen ( 6000 * 4000) : $ 1,970.00
1. Put on drop-sheet all the way to the kitchen from the exit.
2. Install cement underlay for tiling.
3. Install tile on the floor.
4. Install grout on the tiles.
5. The client provide following items.
a. Ceramic tiles for floor : 30 m2
b. Grout : 10kg.

B. Shower room (1670 * 1780) : $ 3,060.00
1. Put on drop-sheet all the way from the shower room to the exit.
2. Cut the floor and make a shower base (900 * 900)
with sand and cement on the same site.
3. Install cement sheet on the shower walls.
4. Make shower niche (300 * 300) (option; $400)
5. Install ceramic tile underlay all the floor.
6. Do primer on the shower and the floor.
7. Do waterproofing on the shower walls.
8. Do waterproofing on the all the floor.
9. Install tiles on the floor.
10. Install tiles inside niche (If option taken)
11. Install tiles on the shower base.
12. Install tiles on the walls (2400 hight)
13. Remove the cornices.
14. Install the cornices.
15. Install silicon all the edges.
16. Patch cracks, holes and imperfections on the ceiling.
17. Sand and dust off prior for painting on the ceiling..
18. Apply one coat of sealer/undercoat prior to finish coat on the ceiling.

I. Payment Method:
* 10% on the sign the contract.
* 20 % on the start the job.
* 50% at the end of the week based on progress.
* 20% on completion of Job

J. Condition and Terms.
1. The quote amount is include all materials except provided by the clients.
2. The price is not include GST.
3. If mosaic tiles is used, extra cost ($ 50.00 sqm) will be charged.
4. If asbestos cement sheet is found, the removal will be organized by the
clients.

这个价格是个合理价格，建议楼主让他出包含拆装的报价，如果是老房子，要出石棉处理的报价

这种本来就是范本 加一条减一条

一般水电工无论如何来2次电至少600起，你的浴室好多，怎么也得留给水工1500预算，改管道还得加钱。安装花洒洗手台马桶水工一般都干。浴缸如果嵌入式的需要有人给你搭架子贴瓷砖，如果独立的水工也会安的。
价格不贵你这好几个卫生间还有厨房。
刷墙费钱，你考虑自己刷得了。

我咋觉着价格有点低啊？楼主要做好多事情啊，管道，防水一大堆事情，跟这个supplier衔接不好麻烦大了。

水工是另外一个工程，要更新所有冷热管道，老的水管彻底不用了，收费$8000
装修牵一发动全身，钱是流水一样的哗哗地

防水已经包含了，自己又当监工又当小工

防水最好用有执照而且给你一个证书可以保不漏若干年那种。

记住2层浴室先确定地板够坚实，要放防水膜在关键位置再涂防水层。
